We want every visit to be seamless for you and our stylists. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies before your appointment.

Cancellation 
Policy

We understand that life happens. Please communicate with us as early as possible so we can better accommodate our guests and stylists.

24 hours notice is required to cancel or make any changes.

•  A credit card is required to hold your appointment. It will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until any outstanding cancellation fees are settled.

We allow a 10-minute grace period for all appointments.

Late 
Arrivals

Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be treated as a late cancellation and the cancellation fee will apply. We will always do our best to accommodate you and abbreviate your service where possible.

Satisfaction 
Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can make it right.

​We stand behind our stylists and our products. While we do not offer refunds, we will do everything in our power to have you back in the salon within an appropriate timeframe to correct your service at no additional cost.

Guest 
Policy

We love meeting the people in your life — guests are always welcome at Citrine. We simply ask that all guests are mindful of the salon environment so that every client can enjoy a relaxing and positive experience. Thank you for helping us keep the good vibes going.

We also love your little ones and are always happy to have them along for the visit. We ask that children are supervised and kept comfortable so that all of our guests — including yours — can enjoy their time with us.
